Call for Papers to the Conference Proceedings
All authors with accepted abstracts have by email
been invited to submit papers to the Conference
Proceedings.
The Organising Committee has chosen the American
Institute of Physics’ (AIP) as proceedings publisher..
The paper submission is now open.

Paper instructions
Authors are asked to prepare their papers and PDF
files according to the templates and guidelines for
Microsoft Word or for LaTeX. Please follow the link
below to find the instructions, MS Word templates
and LaTeX classes in several different formats.
American Institute of Physics’ (AIP) uses
author-supplied PDFs for all online and print
publication. AIP encourages authors to submit
multimedia files to enhance the online versions of
published research articles.

Reviewers’ comments to authors: 14 March 2008
Deadline for final version of paper: 15 April 2008

Submission instructions
Read through the information below concerning Paper
submission.
Accepted format for Papers are PDF.
Use only the English alphabet A-Z when naming the
attached file.
Maximum size of the attachment is 5 MB.
Submission
Papers are submitted using your personal page, which
was created when the abstract was submitted. Press
the “enter your personal page” link below and enter
your unique user ID and password (indicated in your
abstract confirmation email) in the appearing window.
Click on your abstract title to enter the Paper
submission. The submission is made in 4 steps:
Step 1 - Check or change the personal details. Press
next to proceed.
Step 2 - Upload your Paper PDF-file by pressing the
“Attach” button. When your paper is uploaded, press
next to proceed.
Step 3 - Check (and change if necessary) your author
list. Press next to proceed.
Step 4 - Submission overview. Press the “Finish” button to complete your Paper submission.
After submission, an acknowledgement of receipt will
be sent to email address stated under Step 1. If you
do not receive the email within 24 hours, your
submission was not completed and needs to be
re-submitted. The corresponding author will receive
ALL correspondence concerning the paper and is
responsible for informing the co-authors.
