All lecture rooms have writing boards, and will be equipped with a laptop
computer and a projector. Presenters should download their presentation on the
session room laptop in the break before the session.
The name of the file MUST
clearly indicate the lecture title and speaker name. Uploads shall preferable be
made using an USB-stick. There will be a hall monitor in each session room
during all breaks to support with the download of presentations.
• Only computers provided on site can be used.
• No computer sound is available.
• Only PowerPoint (Office 2007, or the previous versions), running on PCs is
available.
• Please bring your presentation on USB-stick or CD. If you need to compress
your presentation use Winzip.
• The resolution for the computers and projectors will be set at 1024x768.

Poster Board and Material
The maximum size of your poster should be 120 cm height and 80 cm width. Your
poster board will be marked with your name. Your poster should be attached on
the surface by material that will be provided by the staff.
