Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 1 April 2008, up to which
date the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation fee. For
cancellations made after 1 April 2008 we regret that no refunds can be made.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex.
Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 1 May 2008, up to
which date the hotel deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK
500. We regret that the hotel deposit cannot be refunded after 1 May 2008.
Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex.
Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 1 May 2008, up to which
date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations received after 1 May
2008 and up to two days before the start of the symposium 50% of the expenses
will be refunded.
