Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservations can be made on-line. The hotels are all situated in the city
centre of Stockholm and the symposium venue Grand Hôtel is accessible with
public transportation. All hotel rooms in all categories have private bath with
shower or tub, telephone, television, pay-TV and breakfast facilities.

Grand Hôtel, Blasieholmskajen 8 – 5 star superior hotels with minimum one
restaurant, a bar, room service and some of them have health club and pool.
Strand Hotel, Nybrokajen 9 - 5 star superior hotels with minimum one restaurant,
a bar, room service and some of them have health club and pool
Rica Hotel Stockholm, Slöjdgatan 7 - 4 star hotels with a restaurant in the
hotel or close by, a bar and limited room service.
Mornington Hotel, Nybrogatan 53 – 4 star hotels with a restaurant in the hotel
or close by, a bar and limited room service.
The rates below are per room, per night, including full breakfast buffet, tax
and service.

All reservations are handled by Congrex. Possible changes of your hotel
reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex. Please
do not contact the hotel directly.
All hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by payment as indicated above, in order to secure and guarantee
your reservation. Upon receipt of the payment, each participant will receive a confirmation. Please make sure to indicate correct invoicing address on the registration form.
Do not send any payment to the hotel. Full payment has to be made to AKM Travel, the Congrex International Hotel
Function (AKM/Congrex) by 5 May 2008 at the latest.

Should the requested hotel be fully booked Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel in the same category
or in a higher category.
Room availability is guaranteed by AKM/Congrex on behalf of the delegates until 1 April 2008. After this date,
bookings are possible against full payment by credit card and for a handling fee of EUR 30 per reservation. AKM/Congrex c
an not guarantee availability or preferential rate after 1 April 2008.
The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and guaranteed on the registration form,
should you check out before confirmed departure date or in case of no-show.
Change of booking
Any change to a hotel reservation must be notified to akademikliniken.hotel@congrex.com.
Do not contact the hotel directly. The changes must be made in writing and are subject to a handling fee of SEK 300.
