Swiss Society for Internal Medicine selects Congrex Switzerland

Congrex Switzerland has been tasked with organising and carrying through the Annual Meeting of the Swiss Society for Internal Medicine (SGIM/SSMI). In 2011 this event will be held from 11 to 13 May in Lausanne.

 

"We are proud, after six years of interruption, to have been chosen again as PCO (Professional Congress Organiser) responsible for organising and carrying through the SGIM/SSMI Annual Meeting" says Alain Pittet, Regional Managing Director for Switzerland and Germany within the Congrex Group, "Since this congress is one of the most important in Switzerland, with more than 3500 participants and 2000 m² industrial exhibition".

 

The three-day SGIM/SSMI Annual Meeting is directed towards physicians desirous of furthering their knowledge in internal medicine and all its sub-disciplines. The next meeting will be held at the Palais de Beaulieu in Lausanne from 11 to 13 May 2011. Congrex Switzerland already acted as PCO of the SGIM/SSMI Annual Meetings from 1984 to 2004.
