CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex. Cancellations of
registrations will be accepted until 10 April 2007, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 75 for cancellation fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made after 10 April 2007 .

CANCELLATION OF SOCIAL EVENTS
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex. Cancellation of social
events will be accepted until 10 April 2007 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after
10 April 2007.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex. Cancellation of hotel
reservation will be accepted until 10 April 2007 up to which date the hotel deposit will
be refunded less a cancellation fee of EUR 25. We regret that the hotel deposit
cannot be refunded after 10 April 2007.
