Registration, payment and cancellation guidelines

REGISTRATION
Registration must be made on the website via the online registration.

Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Registration for events that are included in the registration fee must also be booked in advance, in order to obtain a ticket.

The registration fee for participants includes:
All congress material, daily tea/coffee, lunches, Evening Reception on 22 November, the Reception & Gala Banquet on 23 November, admission to all conference sessions.- Day Passes include Congress material, coffee/tea and lunch and the social event for the registered day.

PAYMENT
Please indicate your name and the payment reference number 0657 on all money transfers. The Meeting secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when no name of the participant nor payment reference number is mentioned, nor will the Meeting secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer. Payment should be made in SEK by one of the following methods:

American Express, Visa or Eurocard/ Mastercard. Please indicate card number and expiry date when registering.

We regret that no personal or company cheques will be accepted. As from 3 weeks before the Meeting we only accept credit card as payment. Registrations, hotel reservations, tours and events will be confirmed when Congrex has received payment. Admission to the Meeting is granted only if Congrex has received payment of the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Meeting. Failure to produce this upon request gives Congrex the right to deny admission to any meeting sessions.

CANCELLATION
Registration If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 27 September 2006, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 500 . We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after that date.

Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 27 September up to which date the hotel prepayment will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 250. For cancellation received after 27 September but before 25 October the hotel prepayment, less the first night's cost will be refunded. We regret that the hotel prepayment cannot be refunded for any cancellation received after 25 October 2006.

Optional Tours
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of Optional Tours will be accepted until 25 October, up to which date the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after that date.

REGISTRATION FEES
Swedish tax legislation requires participants to pay their registration fee either including or excluding Swedish VAT (Value added tax).

Delegates from a company/organisation within the European Union must state their VAT Number to be able to pay the registration fee excluding VAT. If no VAT Number is given the fee will be including VAT.
Delegates from a company/organisation outside the European Union pay the registration fee excluding VAT.
Swedish delegates must always pay the registration fee including VAT.
Hotels, social events, optional tours must always be paid including VAT.
