Dear participant,

We are proud to inform you that DHL Trade Fairs & Events in Stockholm
is appointed to be the official freight and handling co-ordinator for the above event. In connection with this event we co-operate with experienced people from DHL Trade Fairs & Events Benelux.

This shipping manual will assist you in your preparation for the correct and timely despatch of exhibits to Brussels.

In order to arrange a safe and secure transport to and from this event we recommend you to contact our partner in your country. Please see our
partner-list in separate file and if you cannot find any partner in your country
please let us know and we will help you with the best contact in your area.

Important!
Please pay attention that all shipments must be pre-adviced to DHL Trade Fairs & Events in Stockholm by e-mail or telefax with a copy to DHL TF&E Benelux. The pre-advice must show the following details:

- Number of pieces, total weight and total volume
- Means of transport (road, sea or airfreight)
- Hall and stand No
- Estimated date for arrival
- Airwaybill No or used roadfreight Company if not by our partners
- Copies of invoices (non EC shipments)

The pre-advice must reach us before the arrival of your shipment to Brussels

When using our partner in your country they will of course automatically take care of informing us about those necessary details.

Courier Shipments

We recommend you NOT to use Couriers to ship your material as those shipments are much more complicated to supervise and control. DHL will
of course help you with those shipments if necessary but DHL Trade Fairs & Events cannot undertake any responsibility for courier shipments.

Labels and packing instructions

Your cases should be labelled on at least four sides of your packages and must show:

Non EC shipments

All shipments coming from outside the EC must be cleared through customs either by a definitive or temporary customs clearance. That means that your shipment must be attached by an invoice including a full description of each individual item in English language and values of your products per item and total value.

The invoice is required in 9 copies and 1 original.
We recommend that you fill in our forms for the invoices.
One for products which will remain in Belgium i.e. printed matter, advertising material etc. and another one for material which will be returned.
Carnet ATA can also be used.

Please pay attention to the fact that temporary goods and goods which will remain must be packed separately.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the documentation.

Returns from EUFEPS 2004

We will be at your service at this event and we will upon your request arrange
for return transports from this meeting.

Please use packages which will protect your articles and can be re-used
for any return transport.

Payment

You will be invoiced through our partner for our mutual services. If you use
any other alternative you will be invoiced for our local services directly
on site. For prices please contact our partner in your country.

All and anyassignments are carried out by DHL in accordance with currant General Conditions of the Nordic Forwarders Association for transport, forwarding and warehousing.
