A deposit of 50% on the total exhibit fee due will be invoiced once the signed Application and Contract form has been received by Congrex Sweden AB.

Full payment will be invoiced 3 months prior to the exhibition.

Non-receipt will automatically result in the release of the reserved space,
a forfeiting of the deposit fee and cancellation of the contract.
