Stands will be available either as floor space or as a
shell scheme stand.
A. Floor Space
The charge for floor space is EUR 470/sqm + VAT.
The charge is for floor space only and exclusive of electricity, furniture,
floral, shell scheme etc.
B. Shell Scheme stand
The charge for 6 sqm shell scheme stand is EUR 3660 + VAT.
The charge for 10 sqm shell scheme stand is EUR 6100 + VAT.
Rental of shell scheme stand includes:
- floor space
- white back and side walls
- carpet
- fascia board
- company name on board
Please note that the areas marked out for shell scheme stands cannot
be transferred into floor space only.
Building Restrictions
The standard construction height of partitions or fixed elements of the
stand
is 250 cm.
- Derogations may be granted by the Organiser in agreement with the
Brussels Exhibition Centre.
- All stands and decorative elements must be self-supporting and must
not require suspension or support from walls or ceilings.
- Exceptions will be made to this policy only at the request of the
Organiser, Congrex, and according to the following procedure:
- The Organiser will submit a request, well ahead of time, to the Brussels
Exhibition Centre, setting out all details necessary for correct assessment
of the request. The Brussels Exhibition Centre shall not be required
to justify its rejection of any request, and no appeal shall be possible.
- The Brussels Exhibition Centre shall designate a contractor to be
responsible for all suspension work and an inspection body recognised
within the RGPT framework and accepted by the Brussels Exhibition Centre,
to be responsible both for approving plans and calculation sheets before
construction and for actual construction before the opening of the event.
- The reports of this authorised inspection body (in 3 copies), without
remarks and/or violations, will be remitted to the Exhibition Centre
before the opening of the event.
- The requesting party must take out a civil liability insurance policy
explicitly covering risks linked to these suspended elements. This policy
must specify that no recourse will be sought against the Brussels Exhibition
Centre.
