Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 27 May 2008 up to which date
the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation fee. For
cancellations made after 27 May 2008 we regret that no refunds can be made.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex.
Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 12 May 2008,
up to which date the hotel pre payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee
of SEK 500.
Total cancellations of a hotel reservation or reductions of nights made after
12 May 2008 will be charged for the full stay, we regret that
no refunds can be made after this date. In case of that the cancelled room will
be resold to other parties, the charge will be credited after the congress with
the rental price less a handling fee of SEK 500.
Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. We
appreciate if cancellations can be made before 16 June, 2008.
