Congrex Sweden new Conferencing provider for important Swedish government agency

Congrex Sweden just announced that it has been appointed the “exclusive conferencing provider” to the MSB, Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency.

 

The recently signed framework agreement calls for a two-year contract with MSB, and was won after a bidding race with 5 other candidates. “The appointment of Congrex Sweden as conferencing provider to MSB is a great vote of confidence for us”, commented Lena Fletcher, CEO of Congrex Sweden AB. “Congrex has had several collaborations with other government agencies in the past and we are extremely pleased to now welcome MSB.”

MSB is a government agency tasked with developing and supporting society's ability to handle emergencies and crises. The Authority operates in several locations in Sweden and has approximately 850 employees. An important part of its communications is conferences and events. MSB currently organises 10 to 15 conferences per year, with up to 600 participants.
