This seminar is jointly organised by IPCAA (International Pharmaceutical Congress Advisory Association) represented by Martin Jensen of Lundbeck and IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress Organisers) represented by Caroline Mackenzie of Congrex Holdings BV. Both speakers are supported by Christian Mutschlechner of the Vienna Convention Bureau, and a member of ECM, with Chair Gonzalo Perez Constanzó, President of IAPCO. Members of all associations, in their own rights, deal with thousands of medical meetings every year.

 

All congress stakeholders need to know the healthcare sector latest changes and perspectives, and their impact in the congress world at large. This also includes convention bureaux and promotion entities who want to attract this sector to their cities and regions.

 

IPCAA comprises over 23 internationally active healthcare companies engaged in medical congresses, and on the other hand, considering over 65% of association meetings handled by IAPCO members are in the healthcare sector, there is certainly room to exchange views and work together in this extremely active sector of the meetings arena.
