to Exhibition
On behalf of the Swedish Gastroenterological Association, we would
hereby like to invite your company to participate in the exhibition
in conjunction with The XXXVII Nordic Meeting of Gastroenterology.
The XXXVII Nordic Meeting of Gastroenterology congress and exhibition
will take place at Aros Congress Centre in Västerås,
Sweden. Aros Congress Centre is located in the centre of Västerås,
within walking distance to the train station.
The aim of the congress and exhibition is to give an opportunity
for professionals within Gastroenterology to get together, to
have the possibility to take part in recent scientific findings
and to receive information.
We expect that 600 - 700 delegates will attend the congress.
The theme for the Congress is:
“Nordic Gastroenterology in the Changing Phase
of Modern Society”.
The focus will be on new challenges for Nordic gastroenterology
such as obesitas, under-nutrition, quality of life issues and
health care problems in new ethnical groups of patients.
During the Meeting separate sessions consisting of both invited
presentations and selected abstracts will deal with issues in
hepatology, inflammatory bowel disease, bile duct diseases, endoscopy,
dysmotility, dyspepsia and IBS, pancreatic diseases and deseases
in the oesophagus and ventricle. In addition there will be four
State of the Art lectures and satellite symposia. Under consideration
is the possibility to include mini-symposia on topics like “adolescence
medicine”, “specific problems in the elderly”
and “treatment of pain”. Endoscopy assistants and
nurses will have a separate programme.
During the whole meeting industrial exhibitions, poster presentations,
luncheons and coffee breaks will take place in shared facilities.
If you are interested to participate as an exhibiting company,
please fill out the Application and Contract form for floorspace
only or for a shell scheme stand and send it to Congrex. Please
remember to write your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices. It is important
for us to know your three choices since your first might already
have been reserved.
The floorspaces will be assigned on “first come –
first served” basis.
