Abstracts submitted after 22 June may be considered into the programme, depending on subject and scientific content.
The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts for oral and
poster presentation at the congress of the International Association of
Institutes of Navigation - IAIN in Stockholm, Sweden, October 27-30, 2009.
Abstracts should be submitted according to the guidelines below.
Upon acceptance you will be asked to write a full paper to be published on the
congress website after the congress.
Presenting authors must register and pay the registration fee.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Abstracts should be submitted electronically no later than 22 June 2009.
Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or e-mail.
Acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to the
stated e-mail address under section “Corresponding details”. If you do not
receive an e-mail within 24 hours, your submission was not completed and
needs to be
re-submitted.
Notification on acceptance/rejection of the abstracts will be e-mailed
in the beginning of August 2009.
The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the
abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of
the abstract.

Abstracts must be written in English.
The title should be written in lower case.
Maximum 2000 characters (including spaces and excluding title and author
details).
It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract; any errors in
spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author,
if accepted.
