Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 25 September 2009 up to which date the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation fee. For cancellations made after 25 September 2009 we regret that no refunds can be made.

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until 25 September 2009, up to which date the hotel payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. We regret that the hotel payment cannot be refunded after 25 September 2009.

Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. We appreciate if cancellations can be made before 17 October, 2009.
