Stockholm's largest hotel is located in the heart of Stockholm city adjacent to
the Central Station and Arlanda Express as well as near all the best of
Stockholm’s favourite spots. The room category Standard single/double offers 20
or more well planned square metres with excellent working space, good storage
and a good nights sleep in large beds. Bathrooms are comfortable and roomy with
good lighting, some with shower and some with bath. The rooms are facing the
quiet back yard.

The hotel is located in the World Trade Center in Stockholm. It is a modern
business hotel 3 minutes from the Central Station, conference venue, buses and
trains to the airport. Within walking distance to shopping area, restaurants and
theatres. Rooms are small with one single bed (105cm) and an extra single bed
that folds down from the wall. All rooms have desk and shower. Rooms listed as
no window in room are inside/indoor rooms with subtle Japanese lighting.
The room rates below are in SEK per room, per night, including full breakfast
buffet, tax and service. Please note that the hotel bill will be settled in
Swedish Crowns (SEK) directly to Congrex.

Hotel accommodation will be reserved but not confirmed until Congrex has
received your hotel payment.
Congrex reserves the right to book another hotel category if the desired
accommodation should be fully booked.
To secure your reservation please make sure to settle the hotel payment in
connection with the registration fee. Rooms will be guaranteed until the 17th of
August 2009. After this deadline accommodation and rates will be confirmed
according to availability.
The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved and confirmed
on the registration form if you should you check out before confirmed departure
date or in case of no-show.
All reservations are handled by Congrex. Possible changes of your hotel
reservation as well as cancellation must be made in writing to Congrex. Please
do not contact the hotel directly.
