Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent
to Congrex. Registration cancellations will be accepted until
10 August 2006, up to which date the total amount
will be refunded less EUR 40 for administrative expenses. For
cancellations made after 10 August 2006 we regret
that no refunds can be made.
Change of name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity
to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of EUR
40 will then be charged.
Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Cancellation terms: Notification of cancellation
must be made in writing and sent to Congrex. Cancellation of hotel
reservation will be accepted until 10 August 2006,
up to which date the hotel deposit will be refunded less an administrative
fee of EUR 40. For cancellations made after 10 August
2006 we will charge you for the whole stay.
