Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation of registration Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden. Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until 15 may 2007, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less Euro 75 for administrative expenses. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after 15 may 2007.Cancellation of social events Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 15 may 2007 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 15 may 2007. Please note that the registration of social events will be cancelled if Congrex Sweden has not received the payment by 15 may 2007.Cancellation of Hotel reservation Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden. The hotel/Congrex reserves the right to charge you for all nights as guaranteed on the registration form should you check out before the date mentioned or in case of no show. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until 10 april 2007, up to which date the full deposit will be refunded less an administrative cost of Euro 35. After 10 april 2007, Congrex Sweden regrets that the hotel deposit can not be refunded. Please do not contact the hotel directly as all reservations are handled by Congrex Sweden.Force Majeure Neither Party shall lose any rights hereunder or be liable to the other Party for damages or losses on account of failure of performance by the defaulting Party if the failure is occasioned by government action, war, fire, explosion, flood, strike, lockout, embargo, act of God, or any other similar cause beyond the control of the defaulting Party, provided that the Party claiming force majeure has exerted all reasonable efforts to avoid or remedy such force majeure; provided, however, in no event shall a Party be required to settle any labour dispute or disturbance. |
