Cancellation of registration
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex. Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until 10 May 2005, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less EUR 75 for administrative expenses.We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations received after 10 May 2005.
Cancellation of social events
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until 10 May 2005 up to which date the total amount will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 10 May 2005.
Cancellation of hotel reservation
Please inform INTERPLAN and NOT the hotel about any changes regarding
arrival and departure dates. For all modifications made after 27 May 2005,
an administrative fee of EUR 10.00 will be charged. Please note: The hotel
reserves the right to charge no-show fees and lost room nights, such as
later arrival and earlier departure, occurred later than 25 April 2005.
Only written cancellations and changes will be accepted
– postmarked before 25 April 2005: no cancellation fees apply
– postmarked later than 25 April 2005: cancellation fees might be charged
either by the hotel directly or by INTERPLAN AG if
the room cannot be resold
