The scientific programme of the WAC 2005 in Munich will cover the whole spectrum of allergy and immunology. At the same time it will balance the interests of those working in research and/or practice. It will be organised into plenary lectures, symposia, workshops, courses, free communications, meetings with experts and posters.

Integrated basic and clinical themes will include current topics in immunology as well as mechanisms, prevention, diagnostics and treatment of diseases like asthma, rhinoconjunctivitis, sinusitis, atopic eczema, urticaria, drug reactions, contact dermatitis, anaphylaxis, autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency, both in adults and children.

The scientific committee works to ensure a climate for vital discussion and information exchange gathering the most outstanding allergists and immunologists as leaders in their fields.
